I grew up in the used car business as my father had a few used car lots and I used to work at car auctions, so I understand the used car business very well. My father passed away years ago so when we were in search of a used truck I was very pleased to be able to work with United Auto and purchase a vehicle from them. The brothers that own it are very kind and didn't try to bs whatsoever. Actually, I found the same truck at a few other used car lots that were local but refused to buy from them just because the sellers were terrible and tried to charge these non-sense fees and would just flat out lie about a few things not knowing that I knew better. United Auto was the only used car lot I found that didn't try to do that to us and we drove over 5 hours just to buy the truck from them. One thing I don't think a lot of people understand is that you're buying a USED car. It will have some issues that the car lot will know nothing about. If they had a mechanic check every single one of their cars and fix any and all issues, they wouldn't make a dime or have to charge you a lot more. They are car sells men, not mechanics. So if you buy a car with a few issues, more than likely they didn't know anything about it. That is why it is your responsibility to bring your own mechanic with you when you're buying a used car. We brought our own mechanic with us and United Auto was very nice about it and allowed him to take his time driving and checking out the truck fully. We knew the few small issues it had before driving it off the lot and knew exactly how much it would cost to fix. The price was just right and even after fixing the few small issues, we still got a great price on the truck. I would definitely buy from United Auto again as these brothers are wonderful and were very honest and fair to us.

Very nice and professional business. We traveled from Charleston. When we arrived the salesman was willing to tell us all about the car history. The price was great. Would definitely return. 3 sales in one hour. To me that's a testimony.
